Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, often referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease or ALS, is a progressive disease with many difficult choices. An ALS center can guide you and your family through those choices. There are many types of ALS and the diagnosis can be difficult to make.
Our ALS clinic offers one-stop, multidisciplinary care. Diagnostic testing, medication prior authorization and medical equipment authorization assistance are all available. Continuity and coordination of care is provided by registered nurse.
We see patients by appointment. Many insurances require a referral from your primary care provider to be seen by our specialist. Contact Neurology-Ophthalmology to schedule an appointment.
