Through our partnership with Henry Ford Health, MSU Health Care uses their electronic health record and business support services, including billing and financial assistance.

Services received on or after January 31, 2026
Billing statements are issued by Henry Ford Health and can be viewed and paid through MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart. From the main menu, select Billing to view statements, make payments and manage your account.
You can also pay by mail or by phone. Check your billing statement for payment options and details.

Stay informed about your bills
The MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart portal allows you to receive billing notifications and manage how you’re contacted. After logging into your MyChart account, select Communication Preferences from the main menu to manage the types and frequency of notices you get.
