Book a Visit

• Schedule and manage appointments

  Log in to your MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart account to schedule your appointments and select how you’d like to receive appointment reminders. Once logged into MyChart, go to Schedule an Appointment and then select the MSU Health Care tile to schedule a visit with a doctor you’ve already seen.
  

  If you don't see your provider listed or you’re a new patient, search our provider directory to find your provider’s contact information.

  Reminders for your MSU Health Care visits will come from Henry Ford Health. 
  You’ll receive confirmation when your appointment is scheduled and reminder notifications starting one week before your visit. These reminders include links to complete pre-registration tasks and any required questionnaires before your appointment, saving you time when you arrive. The first time you schedule, pre-registration may take a little longer, but it will save time for future visits.

• Customize your communication preferences

  Your appointment reminders will continue to come from Henry Ford Health; however, you can choose how you receive them, including text messages, emails, and phone calls. To review or update your preferences, log in to your MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart account and use the menu to access Communication Preferences.

• Need to sign up for a MyChart account?

  If you don’t already have an MSU Health Care/Henry Ford My Chart account, you can sign up for one. From the log in page, you’ll click on the green sign-up icon and then provide your name, contact information, and date of birth. You do not need an activation code – look for the “No activation code?” section.
