Pay My Bill
MSU Health Care uses the MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart system for billing.
We offer multiple ways to pay your bill including online, by mail and by phone.

For care received on or after January 31, 2026
Your billing statement comes from Henry Ford Health. You can pay online, by mail or by phone.
- Pay online: Pay your bill in MyChart if your statement looks like this example.
- Pay by mail: Check your billing statement for the correct mailing address and your Guarantor ID. Include the Guarantor ID on your check or money order so we can process your payment.
- Pay by phone: Check your billing statement for the correct phone number to call. Patients using MyChart should call (800) 999-5829 to make a payment through the automated system 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

For care received before January 31, 2026
You can pay your bill online or by mail.
Pay online: Pay your bill in the Athena Health patient portal. The Athena Health patient portal is available for viewing and paying bills for services received before January 31. Access it here.
Pay by mail: We accept checks and credit cards by mail. Please check your billing statement for the correct mailing address.
