Our clinics recently transitioned to Epic and MSU Health Care/Henry Ford MyChart, a secure online portal that makes it easier to manage your care. Call volumes are higher than usual. We appreciate your patience as our teams work to assist every patient as quickly as possible.

Many common requests can now be completed directly in MyChart — saving you time and eliminating the need to wait on hold.

What You Can Do in MyChart

Using MyChart, you can:

  • Schedule or request appointments
  • Complete eCheck-in before your visit
  • Message your care team (for non-urgent questions)
  • Request medication refills
  • View test results and visit summaries
  • Pay bills online
  • Attend scheduled video visits
