  • Referring to us

MSU Health Care provides Care Line, a centralized provider referral line. Providers now have a fast, convenient way to refer their patients to MSU Health Care. The addition of 1-844-90-REFER (844.907.3337) will simplify the referral process and allow our staff to better serve the patient community.

    Referral line number 844-907-3337

With this central referral line, providers can communicate with any of MSU Health Care’s 22 offices by calling one toll-free number. Referral navigators transcribe the information and send the referral to the correct clinic.

In addition to the referral line, MSU Health Care is launching a new universal referral form. The form can be used to refer patients to any of the MSU clinics by faxing the completed form to the respective office. Please note, if your office utilizes a unique referral form, you may continue to do so and fax that form to the number listed above.

Enclosed is a flyer about the Care Line as well as the universal referral form with contact information on the back. Please, if you have any questions, call us on 517.353.4929.

  • Imaging Services

Our imaging locations are open and have the capacity to see patients.

MSU Health Care Imaging Services can assist your office if you are trying to reduce scheduling patients at the hospital or if patients are hesitant to make any appointments at the hospital out of fear of COVID-19 exposure.

A full version of our radiology services is available for viewing and download here.

    Protecting Imaging Patients during COVID-19

We are screening our patients for any possible symptoms of COVID-19.

We have implemented several practices to safely scan patients:

    • Staggering scan times to reduce the number of patients in our locations at any given time.
    • Reconfiguring waiting rooms for social distancing.
    • Limiting the number of scans done per day to allow for proper cleaning of both equipment and rooms
    • Asking patients to bring only essential support people to appointments in order to limit the number of visitors inside patient buildings
    • Patients & visitors are to wear some form of face mask. Home-made is acceptable.
